Welcome to the Hill of Fiddes Windfarm website.
Thank you for your interest in our wind farm. The website provides information on the Hill of Fiddes Windfarm which is near Cultercullen (Aberdeenshire), background on Broadview Energy, and general information about wind power generation.
Planning approval for the three turbines windfarm was granted by Aberdeenshire council in April 2008. Construction at Hill of Fiddes is planned to begin with the civil works towards the middle of 2009, and with the turbine components arriving on site late 2009 /early 2010. This is expected to result in full operation by mid 2010. We will keep this website updated as construction develops.
