| Site Location | The development site lies 6kms south-west of Ellon, between the A90 and the B999.
The site is currently used for sheep and cattle grazing and arable crops. Other than individual farms and Hill of Fiddes, the nearest settlements to the site are Cultercullen 1km to the south west, Pitmeddon 5km to the North West, and Tipperty 4 km to the north east. The OS national grid reference for the site centre is approximately NJ 93200 25000 (1:50,000, OS Landranger Sheet 38). |
